Aroma Fresh sells produce to two hundred restaurants across Beograd. Until last year, every order arrived in a different place — Viber messages, phone calls, a shared inbox — and every invoice was typed by hand into a desktop accounting tool. Stock lived in Stefan's notebook.
The move
They migrated the catalog on a Tuesday afternoon — 4,800 SKUs from a price-list PDF — and routed new orders through their Xef storefront the same week. Profakture now generate themselves from the order, with the right bank account and poziv na broj attached.
